RULES
The Hokitika Holiday Park operates to the standard HAPNZ rules. For a copy click here.

VISITORS
Park facilities are for PAYING GUESTS ONLY. All visitors must report and sign in at the office on arrival.  A visitor charge equal to a tent site fee may apply if visitors intend to use our facilities during their visit.

CHECK OUT
Late check outs will be provided on request where possible. Check out time is 10AM in all fixed accommodation and 11AM for all tent and power sites.

Anyone exceeding a pre-given late check-out time may be charged.

CHECK IN
Early arrivals will also be accepted where possible.

PETS
Pets are permitted on the Park property only by prior arrangement with management. No pets are permitted in any units or buildings.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in any unit or building on the Park. Butt buckets are provided outside all buildings for your use. Please use these and return them to their holders when finished.

CARD PHONE
A card phone is available across the street from the Park entrance. Cards are available from the office.

TARIFF
Unless stated otherwise our tariffs are based on 2 persons per site or unit per night. An extra charge will apply to all extra people. Our child rate is from 1 to 14 years.

A minimum charge may apply to units over busy periods.

A surcharge will apply over Wild Foods weekend. The high and low season rates are also quoted as summer and winter rates.

DISCOUNT STRUCTURE
Kiwi Camps of New Zealand entitles card holders to a 10% discount of up to $20.00 per stay on all accommodation.

For Non card holders who purchase a card from the Hokitika Holiday Park PRIOR to payment being made may use the card for payment.

CANCELLATIONS
If for whatever reason you wish to cancel after confirming or paying your deposit a refund will be given as follows.
A. Should the cancellation be prior to 7 days of your arrival the refund will be your deposit paid less a 10% booking fee.
B: Should the cancellation be within 7 days of your arrival the refund less 10 % will be given only if we can relet the unit. If it cannot be relet a charge of 100% of the 1st night’s accommodation will apply.

Please ensure you get a cancellation number from staff when cancelling your booking.
